The Falcon is a breakthrough, automated soil-sampling machine that delivers you quality soil cores to better support your fertility recommendations.

Since samples are taken consistently with uniform depths, gird after grid, Falcon provides you with a sharper insight into your field’s nutrient levels.  And because we understand how time-sensitive your field work schedule is, Falcon is fast and covers more acres per day and can increase you sampling abilities up to 400%.

Flexible Falcon Options

Model 1000: All the capabilities you need for precise and efficient sampling.  An onboard computer with Falcon ServiceLink for remote diagnostics and software upgrades simplifies your operation.  An optional second probe is available to take cores every 7.5 feet.

Model 5000: Full Model 1000 features, plus GPS tracking, a barcode reader for sample identification and integration with GPS locations, cloud-based data integration with laboratories and precision ag software.  



  • A ground-driven, 5-foot diameter stainless steel drum collects and mixes cores every 15 feet.
  • Based on the desired core depth, a 4″ to 12″ stainless steel probe with a replaceable tip collects and deposits a soil core into the stainless steel drum with every revolution.
  • When the user-defined core count is achieved, a 12-volt motor raises and rotates the drum to assure proper mixing as the Falcon drives to the next sampling site.
  • The Falcon is wired with state-of-the-art control components that ensure reliable, consistent operation.
  • To allow the operator to monitor operations, a wireless illuminated camera streams video to a laptop computer inside the tow vehicle.
  • Falcon functions are controlled by remote control or the wireless laptop, which also guides the tow vehicle using standard GPS-enabled soil sampling software.
  • Field operating speeds typically vary from 8 to 12 mph, depending on field conditions.  On the road, the Falcon can be towed at normal speeds.
